1. Services

Pixelshoots provides AI-generated video production services, including AI Digital Twin creation, on a project or subscription basis as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

2. Ownership & Licensing

All final deliverables are licensed to the client upon full payment. AI Digital Twins are trained exclusively for the individual who submitted reference imagery and are never licensed to third parties.

3. Payment Terms

Projects require a deposit prior to production start, with the balance due upon final delivery.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds are defined per plan tier and outlined in your service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pixelshoots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.
